Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day to day operations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and Text.  

• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. 

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.  

• Implement strategies to enhance Customer satisfaction based on feedback insights 

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC or Honours completed.

• Proven experience in customer support or service.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Familiarity with online pharmacy operations is a plus.
