Creative & Content Lead

Track record of success in content strategy, copywriting, and creative direction.

Deep understanding of the Bangladeshi education landscape, including O/A Levels, HSC, IELTS, and study-abroad trends.

Practical experience scaling and managing social media channels, especially Instagram.

Strong narrative development, communication, and brand-building abilities.

Proficiency in visual design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks under strict timelines.

Prior experience in education, creative agencies, or content-centric brands is preferred.

Content Strategy & Planning

• Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the website.

• Plan targeted content focused on foundation programs, study abroad pathways, IELTS prep, and student success stories.

• Identify key content opportunities aligned with student needs, digital trends, and campaign goals.

Creative Direction

• Establish and maintain Penston’s visual identity, including colors, typography, layouts, and design themes.

• Review and approve graphics, carousels, video content, and marketing visuals.

• Partner with designers and editors to maintain consistent brand aesthetic.

Content Creation & Editing

• Draft and refine scripts, captions, headlines, carousel text, blog posts, emails, and promotional copy.

• Simplify complex academic concepts into clear, engaging, and student-friendly content.

• Maintain Penston’s brand voice—trustworthy, helpful, aspirational, and youth-focused.

Social Media Leadership

• Spearhead Instagram growth using reels, carousels, stories, and high-engagement formats.

• Optimize content performance to maximize reach, engagement, and direct message conversions.

• Track social media analytics to continuously evaluate and refine strategies.

Campaign Development

• Plan and execute campaigns for foundation admissions, study abroad pathways (UK, NZ, AU), IELTS series, student testimonials, and lead generation.

• Ensure campaigns feature compelling hooks, strong visuals, and effective calls to action (CTAs).

Brand Building

• Ensure brand voice consistency across social media, website, digital ads, and print collateral.

• Position Penston as a premier and trusted leader in the education sector.

Team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, social media managers, and student counselors.

• Provide clear creative briefs and actionable feedback.

• Manage workflows to guarantee timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
