Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, marketing, or agency environments
Knowledge of marketing automation workflows

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Cold Outreach & Marketing Specialist to manage outbound lead generation via Email and LinkedIn. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting business growth through strategic outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Email Outreach
Build and execute cold email campaigns.
Create personalized, high-converting email templates.
Ensure email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up).
A/B test subject lines, sequences, and CTAs.
Monitor campaign metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversions).
Maintain clean data and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR.
LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement
Research and connect with targeted prospects.
Send personalized connection requests and messages.
Manage LinkedIn sequences via automation tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Octopus CRM).
Engage with prospects’ posts to build visibility.
Track lead interactions and responses.
Prospecting & Lead Research
Identify potential clients based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Build and enrich targeted lead lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Hunter.
Marketing & Reporting
Align outreach strategies with sales/marketing teams.
Prepare weekly performance reports.
Suggest improvements for messaging, targeting, and conversion.
Manage CRM entries and pipeline updates.
