Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

✔ Age: At least 24 years.

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-driven engineering environment.

✔ Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, and DevOps best practices.

✔ Familiarity with Bash, Python, and infrastructure automation tools will be considered an advantage.

✔ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), open-source technologies, GitHub projects, technical certifications, or personal infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

✔ Passion for continuous learning, innovation, automation, and modern cloud technologies.

AI-First Engineering Requirement

✔ This is an AI-first engineering role.

✔ Practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development platforms is mandatory.

✔ Candidates must demonstrate practical experience using AI to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, generate infrastructure scripts, troubleshoot cloud environments, create technical documentation, and accelerate DevOps workflows.

✔ Applicants should understand how to critically evaluate, validate, test, and verify AI-generated solutions before deploying them into production environments.

✔ Strong understanding of responsible AI usage, engineering best practices, and secure implementation of AI-assisted solutions is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms, hosting infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or automation frameworks will receive preference.

We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure powering ZHB Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, deploy, configure, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available Linux-based cloud infrastructure.

✔ Build, manage, and optimize Shared Web Hosting, Business Email Hosting, Managed VPS, and related cloud hosting services.

✔ Configure, administer, and maintain virtualization platforms such as Proxmox VE.

✔ Deploy, manage, and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.

✔ Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices.

✔ Configure and manage DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, Cloudflare services, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking components.

✔ Monitor cloud infrastructure, server health, backups, system security, availability, and overall performance to ensure maximum uptime.

✔ Develop infrastructure automation and operational scripts using Bash and Python.

✔ Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Product Teams to deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications.

✔ Implement infrastructure security best practices, access control policies, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery procedures.

✔ Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance-related issues while ensuring timely resolution.

✔ Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, operational procedures, and deployment guides.

✔ Continuously evaluate and implement new cloud technologies, automation tools, and DevOps best practices to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

✔ Perform any other cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or system administration responsibilities assigned by the Management.
