Assistant Officer

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day banking and operational activities as assigned by management.
• Provide professional and efficient service to customers and address their banking-related queries.
• Support account opening, documentation, transaction processing, and other routine banking activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of banking operations.
• Assist relevant departments in achieving operational and service-related objectives.
• Follow the bank’s policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both Bangla and English.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle assigned tasks responsibly while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Adapt to different work environments and be willing to work at any location within Bangladesh.
• Identify operational issues and report them to the appropriate authority for timely resolution.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
