Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation.
Proven experience with ERP implementation (iDempiere preferable) and post live support.
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll etc.).
Experience with PostgreSQL, Java, and Linux environments.
Familiarity with reporting tools and ERP integration techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
The role of a Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive will be skilled and motivated ERP Implementation and Support Engineer with hands-on experience in ERP system (iDempiere preferable). This position will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, daily user support, and optimization of the ERP system. This role demands strong technical capabilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and map them with ERP features to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals.
Assist users in managing complete transaction flows including sales, procurement, inventory, finance, manufacturing and HR & Payroll within ERP system.
Conduct comprehensive user training sessions to enhance proficiency in ERP functionalities and ensure smooth adoption of system updates.
Provide timely updates to ERP Project Manager on project status or change management to support successful implementation.
Respond promptly to user support requests and provide technical & functional assistance for ERP software issues, including troubleshooting.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve bugs or errors within ERP system to communicate with concern ERP users to gather issue details.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or reporting personnel when necessary.
Maintain a log of reported issues, fixes, and enhancement requests.
Maintain clear technical documentation and best practices for ease of maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Provide regular updates to users on issue status and resolutions while managing expectations effectively.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to recommend process or system improvements.
Identify, propose and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and quality of application support services.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization or risk mitigation.
