Assistant Manager - Branding And Marketing

Candidates with direct experience in market development, dealer development, and sales of lithium batteries, solar systems, electric vehicle batteries, or related products will be given preference.

Areas of Work & Required Experience

The candidate should have practical knowledge and hands-on experience with lithium batteries and solar systems that are widely used and in demand in the Bangladesh market. Experience in the following areas will be highly valued:

• Batteries used in electric vehicles, including e-bikes, e-autos, and various other types of electric vehicles.

• Lithium batteries, energy storage solutions, and solar power systems used in residential and commercial buildings.

• Batteries and backup power solutions used in industrial and manufacturing facilities.

• Battery and solar power solutions suitable for agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, and water-pumping projects.

• Good understanding of the demand, applications, capacities, technologies, and potential customer segments for different types of lithium batteries in the Bangladesh market.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across different regions of Bangladesh to identify new business opportunities, develop new markets, and expand the dealer network. The candidate will be responsible for addressing market challenges and implementing effective market development strategies.

• Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers, provide the necessary support, and play an active role in increasing product sales and expanding the customer base.

• Provide customers with appropriate technical support, after-sales service, troubleshooting assistance, and overall product-related guidance while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with direct professional experience in market development, dealer development, and sales of lithium batteries, solar systems, electric vehicle batteries, or related products will be given preference. Experience in developing new markets and managing dealer networks will be considered an additional advantage.
