Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or finance.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, or QuickBooks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Prepared accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Assisted in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.

• Ensured compliance with tax, VAT, and other statutory regulations through timely filings and documentation.

• Coordinated internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Monitored cash flow, managed working capital, and optimized financial resources.

• Supervised and mentored junior accounting staff to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Identified opportunities to improve accounting processes through ERP systems, application portals, and workflow automation.
