We are a major importer of stone aggregates and are looking to hire three (3) dedicated Supply Chain professionals to oversee our site operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the efficient unloading of cargo from lighter vessels at the jetty, managing dumping yard activities, and ensuring timely transportation to the final destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Jetty & Unloading Operations: Supervise the entire unloading process from lighter vessels to the designated ghat/jetty, ensuring quick vessel turnaround and operational efficiency.
Round-the-Clock Operations: Work in day and night shifts to ensure uninterrupted cargo movement and continuous delivery.
Inventory Control & Accountability: Maintain strict inventory control by supervising weighbridges, validating challans, and reconciling unloaded quantities with final deliveries.
Fleet & Workforce Management: Coordinate material handlers, labor teams, and transport vehicles to ensure smooth dispatch and eliminate operational delays.
Reporting: Prepare accurate daily reports covering cargo movement, stock levels, and any variances or discrepancies.
