Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Prior field sales experience in industrial screw air compressors and related accessories will be considered an advantage.
Strongly target-oriented with a positive attitude to meet and overcome challenges.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Workplace Context
This is a field-oriented position requiring close coordination with the Supervisor to explore and develop new sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Plan and control marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to support and achieve overall business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition as well as retention initiatives.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor as required.
