  • Experience: 3–6 years of demonstrated success in Retail or Modern Trade operations with a reputed organization such as Unilever, Marico, ACI Ltd., Square, AKIJ, or MGI.

  • Key Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Leadership Capability: Ability to lead and support sales initiatives to consistently achieve business objectives.

  • Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience in retail marketing, super shop marketing, and online marketing.

  • Work Approach: Capable of working independently, managing pressure, and meeting demanding business targets.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within designated territories.

  • Performance Record: Proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and sales tools will be considered an advantage.

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales plans for modern trade, online platforms, and other key B2C channels.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through active client acquisition and retention efforts.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the customer base and increase market share.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

  • Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.

  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and support team members to drive productivity and achieve collective goals.
