This is a high-traffic highway restaurant where long-distance travelers stop for meals. We are seeking polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters who can deliver excellent service while maintaining the restaurant’s standards.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers courteously and assist them with the menu.
Take precise food orders and serve dishes promptly.
Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and organized.
Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery arrangement and overall presentation.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a friendly attitude.
Refill water, beverages, and attend to guests’ needs promptly.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Provide support to cashiers and other team members as required.
Maintain JSK Group’s service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
