Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Engineering Firms or Interior Design
Age: At least 24 years
Skilled in cost estimation and preparing BOQs
Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D designs
Hands-on experience in executing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, painting, and furniture installation
Ability to resolve on-site technical issues while ensuring compliance with design standards
Experience in preparing MB/IPC for government and semi-government projects
Successfully completed 20+ residential and commercial projects
Strong coordination with project management teams
Solid understanding of interior drawings, AutoCAD, measurements, and levels
Capable of managing multiple teams and performing under site pressure
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Honest, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines
We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage and oversee project execution across the conglomerate.
Job Description:
Execute and supervise the implementation of interior design projects on-site
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
Coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Prepare BOQs, material lists, work schedules, and progress reports
Oversee proper installation of furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and MEP systems
Maintain clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders
Workplace:
Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, with project site visits anywhere in Bangladesh as required
