To enhance and innovate our service, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Marketing Team and nurture strong relationships with our guests. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer engagement and database management. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Product and Service Details: Offer accurate, helpful information about our menu and services to guests.

  • Address Concerns: Listen to and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions and professionalism.

  • Process Orders and Returns: Handle orders and returns promptly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage Customer Accounts: Update and maintain guest information as needed.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with guests to confirm their needs are met and promptly address any issues.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments like sales or technical support to resolve concerns and deliver a positive guest experience.

  • Collect Guest Feedback: Gather feedback on food and service both in person and online during operations.

  • Present Confidently: Demonstrate strong presentation skills in various settings.

  • Social Media Engagement: Host live sessions on social platforms for promotions and customer interaction.

  • Corporate Visits: Join occasional corporate team visits as required.
