Responsibilities & Context

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees, serving as the first point of contact to ensure a professional and friendly impression.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Provide administrative support to management by scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules for clients and employees to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and a welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with basic HR tasks, including attendance tracking and supporting recruitment activities as needed.

Problem Solving & Client Support

  • Address client queries and direct them to the appropriate department efficiently.

  • Resolve unexpected situations with professionalism and ease.

Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct market research and lead generation activities.

  • Manage social media accounts and other communication channels, including live presentations to promote the brand.

  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including:

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Social Media Management (SMM)

    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) such as Google Ads

    • Email marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and team members.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and capable of building rapport.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office tools.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as they arise.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
