This highway-based restaurant of JSK Group caters to long-distance travelers with a focus on delivering quality food and service. We are looking for an energetic and capable Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in managing overall daily operations of the restaurant.
Supervise kitchen personnel, service teams, cashiers, and support staff.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste standards, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
Manage customer service matters, including inquiries and complaints, in a professional manner.
Oversee inventory and stock levels and assist with procurement and supply coordination.
Monitor staff performance and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and workplace discipline throughout the restaurant.
Assist in preparing daily sales reports and handle cash operations when necessary.
Help implement promotional campaigns and operational enhancements.
Ensure uninterrupted operations during peak hours and high customer traffic.
