Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the designated territory.
Identify, recruit, and nurture new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage and strengthen the distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensuring regular follow-up and prompt resolution of market-related issues.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand, providing actionable insights to management.
Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising across the assigned territory.
Plan and conduct market visits, dealer meetings, promotional activities, and product launches.
Lead, guide, and supervise the performance of Sales Officers and field staff in the assigned area.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers while maintaining effective credit control.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to the Head Office.
Uphold company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards across all market operations.
Collaborate closely with marketing and distribution teams to support and achieve overall business objectives.
