Job Context
JSK Group is looking for competent and experienced AC Technicians to manage HVAC operations across its sister concerns, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, offices, commercial establishments, and transport facilities. The role requires expertise in the installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of various air conditioning systems to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair split, cassette, ductable, VRF/VRV, and packaged air conditioning systems.
Identify electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective corrective maintenance.
Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of AC units.
Manage gas charging, leak detection, compressor-related issues, and electrical wiring tasks.
Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts documentation.
Ensure reliable and efficient operation of HVAC systems across hospitals, diagnostic centers, offices, and other facilities.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency maintenance, and urgent service requirements.
Comply with safety standards and follow company maintenance policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.
Contribute to energy-efficient operations and cost optimization initiatives.
