Politely welcome and greet guests/customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are clean and hygienic.
Work closely with kitchen staff to guarantee correct order delivery.
Address customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
Set up tables before service and clear them after guests depart.
Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Assist with billing and POS operations when needed.
Provide support to supervisors and managers during peak hours or special events.
