Key Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation and development of new food products (Bakery, Snacks, Sauces, Noodles, Chocolate, etc.).
Support laboratory experiments, pilot production runs, and scale-up processes.
Conduct sensory analysis, shelf-life, and product stability testing.
Keep detailed records of formulations, trials, and research findings.
Assist in identifying and evaluating raw materials, ingredients, and packaging options.
Contribute to the development of eco-friendly and sustainable packaging.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Collaborate with internal teams including Quality Control, Production, and Marketing.
Stay informed about new food technologies, ingredients, and market trends.

Basic understanding of food formulation and chemistry.
Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
