Age: 18 to 32 years.
Energetic, confident, resourceful, and target-oriented in approach.
Excellent customer management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
Perform duties across various branches, divisions, and departments of the Bank as required.
Execute daily general banking operations and deliver customer services to ensure smooth transaction processing and prompt resolution of client queries.
Support business growth initiatives by cross-selling banking products and assisting with preliminary credit documentation.
Coordinate centralized administrative processes and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery across all functional areas.
Provide operational and functional support to branch networks by addressing and resolving escalated issues.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements while encouraging and guiding customers to adopt digital banking channels.
