Age requirement: 18 to 25 years
Prior experience as a spa therapist is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification will be considered an added advantage.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
Ability to stand for long durations.
Strong organizational abilities.
Good communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must demonstrate patience and professionalism.
Provide various types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
Maintain accurate records of all treatments, massages, and services performed for each guest.
Communicate with guests during sessions to adjust techniques based on their comfort and needs.
Address guest concerns and report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
Clean and sanitize work areas, replace treatment room linens, and sterilize instruments and equipment before each session.
Explain available treatments and therapies to guests and offer appropriate recommendations.
Ensure spa supplies are stocked and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Ask guests about their medical conditions or allergies before performing any spa services.
