  • Telemarketing & Client Outreach:
  • Perform cold calling, email marketing, and client acquisition through random outreach methods to generate potential business leads.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, following proper etiquette and effectively addressing client inquiries.
  • Lead Management & CRM:
  • Prospect and qualify leads, ensuring all interactions and activities are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all calling and visiting activities to support lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing performance, including activity updates and lead conversion outcomes.
  • Analyze calling statistics such as conversion rates and customer service quality to identify areas for improvement.
  • Target Setting & Achievement:
  • Set clear objectives and manage daily telemarketing activities to meet or exceed monthly demo and performance targets set by management.
  • Stay focused, committed, and accountable for achieving assigned goals and timelines.
  • Team Leadership & Communication:
  • Supervise, guide, and support team members to enhance overall communication effectiveness and call handling quality
  • Resolve team issues and uphold the company’s reputation through professional and ethical conduct.
  • Collaboration & Professionalism:
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align outreach efforts with broader company goals.
