Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct fish farm visits to evaluate practices, assess fish health, provide technical support and collaborate with consultants on hatchery management prescriptions.
  • Perform all activities a settled and customized target of Aqua products.
  • provide technical guidance to fishers, fish farmers and local partners on sustainable fisheries management, aquaculture practices and aquatic ecosystem conservation.
  • Plan and conduct meeting/seminars to maximize outreach and awareness of aqua products with hatchery owners, fishery officers, local authorities, and farmers.
  • Educate field teams on aqua products, disease management, farming techniques and sales strategies.
  • Address inquiries from officers, farm owners, model farmers and local stakeholders.
