7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a Tech Lead or Software Architect role.

Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of Java developers and cross-functional engineers.

Strong backend development expertise, adaptable to diverse product needs.

Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Solid understanding of frontend architecture and best practices.

Strong skills in API design, security, and performance optimization.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Highly adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred (a strong portfolio can substitute formal education).

About the Role:
Join Betopia Group’s Product Team as a foundational Tech Lead / Software Architect. In this role, you will lead the development of diverse client-driven solutions, shape the organization’s technical culture from the ground up, and build scalable SaaS products that directly deliver client value.
Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design: Define core backend and frontend architectures for new SaaS products with a focus on modularity and scalability.

Technical Leadership: Own key technical decisions, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews across projects.

Client-Centric Development: Translate client requirements into robust, well-structured technical solutions.

Team Mentorship: Mentor, guide, and grow a team of backend and frontend developers.

DevOps & Cloud: Oversee infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, and security across AWS/GCP/Azure.

System Integration: Manage integrations with third-party platforms and services.
