Adhere to authorized outbound standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inspect and verify inbound stock for SKU, batch, and quantity accuracy, ensuring all items meet required standards.
Motivate pickers and MHE operators to accurately store goods, maintaining precise inventory location records.
Participate in cycle counts and pick phase counts as directed, following the correct frequency and timelines.
Address inventory discrepancies by collaborating with the DC in-charge, preparing accurate inbound top sheets, and maintaining proper documentation.
Ensure staff compliance with safety protocols as per Nestlé Bangladesh Ltd. and K & A Logistics Ltd. guidelines.
Maintain quality standards in operations and ensure subordinates consistently follow proper quality procedures.
Enforce discipline among pickers, unloaders, and MHE operators according to company guidelines.
Monitor operational KPIs closely, making all efforts to achieve target performance levels.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the DC, maintaining a neat and organized environment.
Identify training needs for unloaders and pickers and coordinate with the company to arrange relevant training programs.
Track and achieve DOR KPI targets accurately.
Maintain punctuality and proper attendance.
Communicate effectively with the DC team and escalate issues to NBL or K & A management when necessary.
Follow HR and administrative practices as guided by the company.
Identify opportunities to enhance DC operations in terms of speed, safety, and quality, and report observations to management.
