Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is hiring a Supervisor – Export to manage export documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate with customers, banks, and port authorities for smooth and timely shipments.
Prepare export documentation, including undertakings, invoices, packing lists, and sales contracts, ensuring they are ready for export lien processing.
Issue EXP through the Bangladesh Bank portal and obtain EP from BEPZA.
Manage document workflows: obtain necessary signatures, prepare scanned copies, generate delivery challans/out-passes, and scan required documents.
Maintain import master data, prepare consumption sheets, and create/send ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices) to customers.
Send triplicate documents to banks via Excelsior and maintain hardcopy export records following S6S standards.
Update and share export cargo details with the Chittagong (CTG) team.
Execute scanning operations for digital documentation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
