Additional Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Store In-Charge or in a similar inventory/inventory management role.
Strong understanding of inventory management techniques, including LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) and FIFO (First-In-First-Out).
Practical experience using ERP systems for inventory monitoring and reporting.
Familiarity with Tally software for accounting and stock management.
Skills
Perform regular physical inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records and facilitate reconciliation.
Accurately complete item requisition forms and ensure they are systematically filed in a timely manner.
Promptly record all incoming and outgoing goods in the inventory management system.
Coordinate delivery schedules based on approved requisitions to ensure timely dispatch of items.
Prepare bills and challans and submit them to the Office Assistant for further processing.
Generate and submit SCM reports and other documents as assigned by the Head of Department.
