We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join as Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager – Head of Marketing & Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and positioning our premium projects at the forefront of the market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Develop, implement, and enhance sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects.
Drive sales planning, forecasting, and customer service management.
Introduce innovative sales and promotional techniques to expand market reach.
Monitor competitor trends and benchmark against industry standards (pricing, quality, location, etc.).
Educate clients on market trends, rental returns, and property value appreciation.
Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
Ensure delivery of top-line targets aligned with project business plans.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Evaluate and categorize channel partners for effective collaboration.
Analyze the effectiveness of sales activities, inquiries, and results.
Oversee internal sales operations, processes, and reporting.
Regularly review sales trends and introduce targeted sales techniques.
Propose and implement sales promotion campaigns for ongoing projects.
Participate in high-level negotiations and successfully close deals.
