Should have at least 2 years of experience in plant inspection, non-destructive testing, materials verification, and pressure testing of vessels, heat exchangers, and process piping.
Experience in welding inspection and supervision will be considered a strong advantage.
Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL) is seeking qualified candidates for the role of “Sr. Inspector/Inspector – Plant Inspection & Integrity” at its Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka site.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Performing routine inspection tasks under the guidance and supervision of a supervisor.
Conducting NDT inspections, monitoring corrosion, and inspecting process piping and plant equipment.
Checking materials for construction quality, dimensions, and other specifications, and ensuring traceability following the receiving inspection procedures and work guidelines.
Visually inspecting painting and insulation work as directed by the Inspection Engineer.
Documenting inspection findings in a logbook upon completing inspections on-site.
Calibrating various measuring and testing instruments according to applicable procedures.
Supervising and inspecting welding activities.
