To expand our Marketing & Sales team, we are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and self-motivated professional for the position of Sr. Executive/Deputy Manager – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting premium real estate and hospitality projects, driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and strengthening our brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute individual and team strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company/management.
Monitor marketing activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
Follow up on sales leads and manage collection activities.
Ensure strong visibility and confidence in presenting company products to clients.
Prepare daily reports on sales activities and performance.
Keep clients updated about upcoming programs, projects, and opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
Provide market insights to support strategic business planning.
