  • Food Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with agricultural supply chains, food safety regulations, or FMCG processes is a plus.

  • Crisis Management Skills: Ability to handle urgent matters with professionalism and sound judgment.

  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing several tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Professionalism & Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maturity.

  • Proficiency in Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or Monday.com).


Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, fostering executive responsibility, and ensuring effective coordination between leadership and operations teams.

  • Oversee the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications to prioritize the most important matters.

  • Follow up with department heads and senior leadership to monitor the progress of key deliverables, deadlines, and strategic objectives. Ensure regular reporting and updates to the CEO.

  • Oversee strategic projects and initiatives under the CEO’s office, ensuring they are executed effectively and in alignment with team goals.

  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and employees, ensuring clear, timely, and efficient communication at all organizational levels.

  • Help the CEO implement and use digital tools (such as project/task management platforms, dashboards, and meeting automation) and support the adoption of technology among the leadership team.

  • Prepare briefs, summaries, and reports for meetings, ensuring that all action items are captured and communicated clearly.

  • Detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
