Responsibilities & Context

Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, fostering executive responsibility, and ensuring effective coordination between leadership and operations teams.

Oversee the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications to prioritize the most important matters.

Follow up with department heads and senior leadership to monitor the progress of key deliverables, deadlines, and strategic objectives. Ensure regular reporting and updates to the CEO.

Oversee strategic projects and initiatives under the CEO’s office, ensuring they are executed effectively and in alignment with team goals.

Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and employees, ensuring clear, timely, and efficient communication at all organizational levels.

Help the CEO implement and use digital tools (such as project/task management platforms, dashboards, and meeting automation) and support the adoption of technology among the leadership team.

Prepare briefs, summaries, and reports for meetings, ensuring that all action items are captured and communicated clearly.

Detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
