We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Credit Realization team as a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee credit collection activities, ensure timely recovery, and maintain long-term client relationships while minimizing delinquency and optimizing revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute revenue collection from various clients efficiently.
Issue money receipts for all payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain comprehensive client files, including applications, agreements, receipts, and correspondence.
Prepare daily, monthly, and outstanding collection reports and monitor revenue targets.
Follow up on overdue accounts and develop strategies to reduce delinquency.
Coordinate loan processing and collection activities on behalf of clients with financial institutions.
Prepare client statements, rebate calculations, and interest computations for delayed payments.
Communicate regularly with clients via phone and written correspondence regarding invoices and payments.
Issue reminders, warning, and cancellation letters as required.
Manage client refunds and issue payment clearance certificates when applicable.
Reconcile accounts with the Finance Department to ensure client payment clearance.
Handle client challenges professionally and uphold the company’s goodwill through strong relationship management.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
