• Generate new business leads through technical queries, client visits, and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct technical meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle including price negotiation, deal closure, product delivery, and post-sale handover in line with contractual terms.
• Maintain a target-driven approach, focusing on achieving sales goals for the Power & Energy product portfolio.
• Project Execution & Coordination
• Oversee both government and private sector projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure on-time product delivery, installation, and commissioning, coordinating with relevant teams and external partners.
• Prepare and execute strategic business plans for project-based sales, with a clear focus on timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
• Pre-Sales & After-Sales Support
• Provide technical support to clients during pre-sales discussions and after-sales service, building long-term trust and reliability.
• Collaborate with SCM, Service, and Accounts departments to ensure seamless project and service delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, aiming for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and evolving client needs.
• Closely monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market strategy to maintain a competitive edge and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Regularly update the Business Head and Line Manager on sales progress, project status, and key activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of all deals, customer interactions, project milestones, and correspondence for accountability and future reference.
