Prior experience as an Architect or Team Leader in an interior design firm is required
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and particularly skilled in rendering with D5 software
Engage with clients to understand their objectives, style preferences, and financial scope for each project.
Create initial design ideas, layout plans, and concept boards to convey creative direction.
Produce precise 2D technical drawings and realistic 3D models using industry-standard design tools.
Choose appropriate furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that align with both design vision and budget constraints.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and the CRM team to ensure smooth design execution.
Supervise site installations to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
Manage all project-related documentation, schedules, and client correspondence.
Adhere to relevant health, safety, and building codes throughout the design and implementation process.
Research and incorporate modern design trends, techniques, and materials.
Prepare comprehensive design packages and presentations for client feedback and approval.
Oversee the implementation phase on-site to ensure fidelity to the approved design.
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates and addressing feedback promptly.
