Candidate Requirements:
Age: 24 to 32 years
Proven experience in solar installation is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries
Strong understanding of basic electrical concepts, including building wiring, types of electricity, and watt-per-hour calculations for appliances
Familiarity with different structures and techniques for secure solar panel installation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other solar equipment at residential and commercial sites
Travel to various locations, including rural areas outside the city, for project installations
Conduct on-site visits to assess clients’ energy needs and accurately calculate the required watt-per-hour for home appliances
Ensure all electrical wiring and system connections comply with safety standards and industry best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar system installations
Deliver excellent customer service and provide technical support as needed
