Work Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fertilizer and pesticide industry is preferred. However, freshers are welcome to apply as well.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong technical expertise in reporting using online-based management information systems.
A valid bike license and driving experience are required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for adhering to company policies and performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Monitoring, Data Collection, and Record Maintenance
Conducting field visits to meet potential customers.
Organizing farmer meetings, spot meetings, and projector presentations.
Continuously improving market conditions and discussing promotional strategies, utilizing social media for outreach.
Preparing and executing action plans, enhancing customer service standards, and offering solutions to challenges.
Developing and nurturing long-term trade relationships.
