3 to 6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or manager, working within cross-functional teams focused on the full lifecycle of UI/UX design and development for multiple successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
Solid understanding of both the capabilities and limitations of front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Familiarity with platform-specific design standards such as iOS components and Material Design.
Take full ownership of the product vision and roadmap, continuously refining the development process to enhance outcomes. Guide the team in understanding the business objectives behind design tasks and confidently challenge stakeholder input by offering innovative UX/UI solutions.
Exhibit excellence in all areas of UX design—including research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design—maintaining high design standards throughout the process.
Generate original, user-friendly solutions to complex design challenges, establishing frameworks for evaluating product success, setting feature priorities, and addressing product shortcomings.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, promoting a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Drive design strategy by uncovering user needs and business goals, developing comprehensive product visions, and creating actionable roadmaps to realize those visions.
Maintain and enhance design workflows to ensure consistent alignment with brand standards and delivery of high-quality outputs.
Ensure on-time project delivery and oversee the full application development lifecycle, including design, testing, support, and deployment.
Build cross-platform applications using Ionic, Flutter, or React Native for Android, iOS, Windows, and more.
Perform software troubleshooting, debugging, and in-depth analysis.
Develop and manage backend systems for web and mobile apps, ensuring optimization across devices.
Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and stakeholders, efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects.
