• Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.

• Serve as the primary contact for junior-level client contacts regarding ad-hoc analyses; understand and respond to questions related to content, basic data issues, report generation, etc.

• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients, ensuring that services are timely, precise, and aligned with client needs while meeting the company's quality standards.

• Work independently on-site, handling data requests, providing basic technical support, and conducting analysis.

• Support sales activities with senior staff by preparing proposals and credential presentations.

• Communicate client needs to the appropriate team members effectively.

• Provide research, administrative, and operational support to senior staff within the office.

• Be directly accountable for tasks related to assigned clients, including analysis, charting, and reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research techniques and their applications.

• Deliver value-added analyses and respond to special client requests.

• Integrate multiple data sources to provide insights into business issues.

• Manage assigned projects independently from start to finish.

• Perform quality checks on all reports to ensure alignment with requests, accuracy, and completeness.

• Follow standard operating procedures within your area of responsibility.

• Recommend improvements to work processes within your scope of responsibility.
