• Oversee the entire garment production process—from product development to bulk production and final shipment—ensuring adherence to customer quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive merchandising communication, including order files, tracking reports, and all relevant documentation.
• Manage order specifications and costing, and liaise with suppliers and international offices to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage detailed Time & Action (T&A) plans to meet buyer and factory timelines
• Supervise sample development, ensuring timely submissions with approved quality.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment production processes.
• Ensure timely sourcing and procurement of fabrics and trims that meet quality requirements.
• Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and ensure compliance with buyer expectations.
• Guarantee that all raw materials are available in-house well ahead of the Planned Cut Date (PCD).
• Coordinate closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time shipments and achieve 100% quality approval.
• Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
• Manage the complete order execution cycle—from sampling to final dispatch.
• Conduct regular T&A follow-ups and monitor overall order flow and progress.
• Prepare and verify cost reconciliation reports upon order completion.
• Analyze shipment performance data and implement corrective actions to reduce rejections.
• Achieve and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as units shipped, revenue, profit margins, and market share.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to the management team.
