Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, ideally in a consulting or professional services setting.

  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to clients and team members.

  • Proactive and results-oriented, capable of performing under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Moderate proficiency in English, both oral and written.

 
 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Capable of preparing company incorporation documents, including MoA & AoA.

  • Preparing and submitting annual returns and other necessary documents for RJSC and internal records.

  • Managing daily secretarial tasks, including drafting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for meetings (AGM/EGM).

  • Handling corporate changes such as director appointments, address updates, share capital adjustments, name clearance, and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 1994.

  • Supervising and reviewing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting for assigned organizations.

  • Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses according to organizational and client needs.

  • Assisting in tax preparation and ensuring compliance with local and international financial reporting standards.

  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and following up with clients on payment schedules.

  • Supporting senior management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and optimize financial operations.
