Skills
Prepare all types of vouchers, cash books, bank books, general ledgers, and various registers. Handle LC-related account adjustments and post transactions into the books of accounts. Maintain and manage petty cash. Supervise daily cash management, estimate and control cash flows, and prepare bank reconciliations. Process payment of expenses and advances. Prepare inventory reports and reconcile them with registers and physical stock. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Verify challans and bills and ensure timely payment to vendors. Prepare IP and L/C documents. Monitor factory accounts and related financial activities. Maintain and review all statements of accounts and commercial transactions.
