Skills
Provide expert guidance to students interested in studying in Europe, Australia, or other destinations. Manage the student application process from initial file assessment to final visa submission. Evaluate student profiles, academic qualifications, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate study options. Monitor daily leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Make 50+ outgoing calls daily as needed and conduct initial assessments. Respond to incoming student inquiries with accurate information. Schedule counseling sessions and send confirmations or reminders. Promote StudyAce’s services to prospective students. Assign qualified leads to junior counselors and provide guidance on counseling strategies. Offer training, feedback, and support to junior team members. Stay updated on visa regulations, admission requirements, and institutional changes. Consistently achieve targets for lead conversions, applications, and enrollments. Track lead progress, generate reports, and share insights with management. Increase office walk-ins through proactive outreach and engagement activities.
