We are seeking a Senior Counsellor who is experienced, proactive, and committed to excellence to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in student counselling, strong communication abilities, and current knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to students and their guardians on study opportunities abroad, tailored to their academic profile, preferences, and eligibility.

• Support students throughout the entire application process, including university/course selection, document preparation, and submission.

• Assist students in preparing for visa interviews and ensure timely and accurate submission of visa applications.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with partner universities, embassies, and other relevant institutions.

• Manage leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, maintaining the CRM system efficiently.

• Mentor and supervise junior counsellors or interns as needed.

• Adhere to ethical counselling practices and the company’s operational policies.
