Job Context
Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a disciplined, vigilant, and experienced individual for the position of Security Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the club’s daily security operations, ensuring the safety of members, guests, and property, and supervising the security team. Prior experience in a similar role, along with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership, is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all security personnel and their activities within the Club.
Monitor the entry and exit of members, guests, and staff to ensure proper access control.
Enforce club security policies and procedures effectively and consistently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including security logs and incident reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to the appropriate authority.
Conduct routine security inspections throughout the premises.
Identify and report any security breaches, irregularities, or suspicious activities.
Coordinate with administrative and other relevant departments as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by club management.
