Monitor ink flow and apply even pressure to maintain high-quality output.
3. Quality Assurance
Inspect each printed item for clarity, proper alignment, color accuracy, and smudging.
Identify and report defective prints or materials immediately.
4. Material Management
Organize and prepare materials like fabrics, bags, or poly sheets for printing.
Keep tools, screens, and work areas clean and orderly.
5. Ink Handling & Equipment Care
Mix inks according to specifications for each job.
Thoroughly clean and store screens and tools after use.
6. Production Monitoring
Track daily production and report progress to the supervisor.
Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
7. Team Collaboration
