Responsibilities & Context

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new sales, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and representing the company’s products and services in a professional and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management

    • Identify, approach, and cultivate potential customer relationships.

    • Maintain strong connections with existing clients.

    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  2. Product & Service Presentation

    • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

    • Conduct product demonstrations or offer samples as needed.

  3. Sales Execution

    • Process and manage sales orders efficiently.

    • Negotiate and finalize deals effectively.

    • Achieve or surpass sales targets.

  4. Marketing & Promotion

    • Communicate current promotions, offers, and discounts to customers.

    • Actively participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.

  5. Reporting & Planning

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

    • Share insights and sales progress with the management team.

    • Assist in planning strategies to drive future sales growth.

  6. Customer Service

    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up after sales.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

  7. Market Analysis

    • Track competitor activities and market trends.

    • Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with management.

    • Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
