Sales & Revenue Growth
Promote and sell resort accommodations, event venues, and packages.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Encourage guests to opt for premium services to increase revenue per booking.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong relationships with major clients, including corporates, wedding planners, and travel agents.
Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.
Ensure exceptional service before, during, and after each sale.
Market Research & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
Analyze competitors’ pricing and promotional tactics.
Support the creation and implementation of effective sales and marketing plans.
Event & Group Sales
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for weddings, conferences, and group reservations.
Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Ensure accurate communication and execution of all group and event details.
