Follow up with clients to confirm orders and maintain a positive relationship.
Effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, and be able to fulfill responsibilities.
Support sales strategy by telecalling, fixing appointments for demos, and digital data mining.
Generating leads for new customers, and onboarding new sales areas/outlets.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Reporting Daily/ Monthly.
Generate sales leads (prospects)
Post-sales activities - check customer experience
Collaborate with Teams – Work with technical & functional teams to meet client needs
