Consultative Selling: Guide clients through property investment options, conduct site visits, and provide tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent client service.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and progress reports through CRM tools.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at meetings, events, and real estate exhibitions to expand market reach and strengthen professional networks.
